Prep in Progress
Todays post is about the last days accomplishments.
I moved my Enter the Realm store over by the University. A spot became readily available I rented the spot immediately. The other store in the parcel has 14 days on its tag. I hope for those days to be moved to the new store. I have 3 shops in that parcel. 1 belongs to my Alt, the other 2 belong to JeZeBeLes Realm. Purpose of Enter the Realm is to sell Mature content items, and inventory reduction items. Things I wont wear anymore and I know someone else will appreciate. Essentially a mini yardsale in a 25 prim shop.
As for education, today we installed a new instructor at Fermi University. LaKira Ratelle she and I have many qualities that are very similar in our businesses. We sell mermaid products, we are close enough in age, we both live in the same region there bouts in RL and we are also interested in educating. We both have stores in similar sims. Its kind of scary were both brunette too. She was given the go ahead to start planning classes and has 2 classes formed already. I hope that her experience with us becomes very enriched as time goes by.
We have 3 applicants for training to teach at the University. No one has really stepped forward to do apprentiship program. It might not be time for such a thing.
Todays accomplishments: We set up a classroom in the sky, we also created more paperwork for the teachers to read pertaining to teaching tools. I also copied them for SL Teachers without Borders. Sent a file to Morrigan and Panya sent me some teacher tools to send off to Morrigan as well.
Doing few things in Second Life (TM) was somewhat frustrating. For instance, Jez Avitar did not have the ability to walk straight today. Rather large builds in the sandbox prevent her from flying. Very strange last few days on SL (TM). I wonder if something was seriously broken. The other issue I had was chronically being in packet loss mode. My computer had to think alot today. Take a few steps. (Think) Open inventory (THINK) strange.
Hope soon the grid will be more stable & dependable. Macs users (myself) have it harder than others in many ways.
I count my blessings however that I have the ability to log into Second Life (TM) at all.
